Starfleet Dedication Plaques

Greetings

Did you ever wanted to have a Dedication Plaque for you starship, if the answer is yes than now you can have it.

The original plaque template was created by FuryofaSeraph and can be downloaded here.

The following plaque templates have been modified by me and can be used to replicate DS9-VOY-NEM era Dedication Plaques. The names have been taken from the screen used Prometheus Dedication Plaque.

You will need Photoshop to be able to edit those templates, if you don't have it send me a PM with the following information and I will create one for you:

Ship Name
First of her class yes/no
If the ship has a predecessors
and what number your ship is
Ship Class
Named for...
Registry Number
Launch Stardate
Ship Yard Name
Sector Name

I remember seeing the plaque .PSD on Devianart, It's been a long time since I checked it out but I remember it was very customisable.
It's really cool that Star Trek fans have released stuff like this so other people can make some extremely neat stuff!

I once did, it looked great but was way to expensive.

I've had this in my DeviantART favourites forever, and I've used it a few times for some of the PPeM (Play by Email... god, those were the days... I feel old now) RPGs I've ran in the past.

It has several options for Starfleet Logos, all text is editable, and you can easily change the texture colour as everything is pretty much set up using layers. That is if you know your way around photoshop...
