Holodeck After Action Report
Stardate:16/11/2017

Game: Diablo 3

Mission Outcome:Petrarch started out massively outlevelling the rest of us, but by the end we were within 15 paragon levels of each other (with me lagging behind).

It appears as though Sammy is still our powerhouse, already approaching 1 mil damage, and the rest of us merely a couple/few hundred thousand.

We ran through a couple of bounty caches, a couple of rifts, and a run through collecting all 4 keys ready for spending.

Thanks to all those who attended, and there's always room for some more if anyone else wishes to join us for Season 12!

Game: Killing Floor 1

Mission Outcome:Played Suburbia, died on wave 7/8. Then on to Aperture, where we died against the Patriarch. Finally on to West London. By this point Infinity had decided to be a pacifist and Saber learned how to aim down his sights. We won this round, killing all Specimens and the Patriarch. Woohoo!

As always, thanks to Three for streaming on Twitch, and to all who attended. See you again next week

Mission Outcome:Saber recently purchased the game just to join us (he's amazing!!!), so Petrarch and I levelled him up to 70.

During this time Sammy and Three started beating our times on Greater Rifts, so we left Saber to sort out his vast array of new skills and went off to keep ourselves top of the 2-player Friends leaderboard.

Mission Outcome:Changed the length to Long so it's 10 waves rather than 7 before the Patriarch. We lost on a couple of maps, then found our feet and along with a good random and one who was allergic to Kevlar managed to defeat all 11 waves

Mission Outcome:We ran through some bounties, visited Greed a couple of times, then ran a few greater rifts (almost biting off more than we could chew at one point with endless multiple packs of elites and many many deaths on our side). This was followed by Petrarch and I levelling Sammy's Demon Hunter to 70 in a couple of Torment 6 rifts.

Mission Outcome:First we visited an amusement park and died to the Patriarch. It was less amusing after that.

Next we completed an achievement by destroying all of the green vials on one map, then got destroyed by specimens. We were hoping for additional cash for destroying the vials but no such luck.

Finally it was back to West LagdonLondon. For some reason our pings were all atrocious with the exception of Sammy, who must have had a lag switch of some kind. Definitely all his fault. Yep.

Mission Outcome:Since we're on the Long gamemode, there are 10 waves before the Patriarch. We did not even make through these tonight to face off against him.

Playing maps we are not familiar with and selecting classes that we are low levelled in, really makes this game a lot more difficult. Or maybe it's that higher level classes make it easier. Eh, whether the glass is half full or half empty, it still needs more rum.

As always, thanks to the usual attendees for turning up to shoot specimens. Same time next week!

Game: World of Warcraft

Officers Present: Jonathan F-G, Sammygm, Three of Seven, Petrarch, Begotten, Zoidberg, Bettlejuice, Jana, R4U1, Alex

Mission Outcome:We ran a normal Tomb of Sargeras raid outside of the normal raid nights, in order to get Jonathan and Petrarch a bit of gear. Jonathan did have to leave part the way through, however we still managed to help get him some better stuff and we also finished the raid once more!

We did have some pugs in the raid with us, to pad out the numbers, as well as a few people playing on alt characters, but all went pretty well and a wholesome experience.

Mission Outcome:Offices followed by West London.
Defeated the Patriarch in Offices, got killed by the Patriarch in West London (after the game decided to kill Three and Infinity by keeping the kill-cam on the Patriarch...)

Mission Outcome:After sucessfully getting in a group with the 5 of us, we managed to play a couple of Galactic Conquest games before we were plagued with disconnection issues - Origin would not let us log in after kicking us out.

And so we reverted to Star Wars Battlefront II (2005). Chugster, myself and Aceman got a couple of good games in with us hosting our own servers.

It's ironic how the old game is (although not perfect by any means) still more reliable than the new one...

Mission Outcome:Sammy and Three went for humanoid races, Brask was a Dodo race, Chugster selected a conglomorate of killing networked machines, and I championed my snake race.

With my borders closed I grandly brought the Galactic Snek Regime onward into the stars. Finding myself sandwiched between Three, Brask, Chugster, and Sammy I realised that my closed border policy was wise. Never shall the Alien lies get through to our populace!

Following the formation of the United Federation of Planets by Three, and Sammy and Brask joining, it quickly became apparent that not only was I surrounded, but I was now outclassed.

Chugster is unable to communicate diplomatically with us since his race of synthetic machines are dedicated solely to the destruction of biological life.

We shall see where this game takes us... Until part 2!
