Ok, let's take a look:

1.) The ISS Enterprise from Mirror, Mirror was accordingly to Scotty identical to the USS Enterprise things were just looking a bit different. If this is the case the ISS Enterprise and the USS Defiant should be equal ships.

2.) Reverse engineering is only possible if you dismantle something, and it would have been a risk if Hoshi would have allowed it so as long as she is in control of the Defiant she can win every battle and will be able to do so until the rest of the Galaxy catches up.

3.) Just look at Afghanistan or Iraq, they coalition troops are still fighting rebels there.

Sooooooo ... I have finally finished binge-watching the series (because a dear friend convinced me to watch it ... and allowed me access to his CBS All Access account ).

Although I am not a fan of the series, I am appreciating what is being given to us. Concerning this particular episode, I really enjoyed it. Besides, the overall story (being in the Mirror Universe), I really enjoyed the make-over of the crew and ship: I mean, has Tilly suddenly become "hawt"?

But what I really *loved* was some sound effects that brought me back to the other shows: door swishing, the TOS bridge "ping" and other tones that I think was missing in most other episodes (as I recall them in my sleep-deprived state).

And I gotta admit, Lorca being in a pain-tube was a little refreshing. Or maybe I'm still not over Jason Isaac's excellent bad guy from The OA series ... you know, the kind of antagonist you love to hate?

Overall, I really did like this episode.

I do think tilly looked Hot! damn guuurrrllll!!! Blonde suits her! She made the episode!

A wonderful episode ! Discovery is beginning to be very interesting. I have to admit that I LOVE the Terran uniforms. Since we got confirmation that the Defiant was upgraded by the Terran Empire, maybe we'll have something between this

and this ?

Anyways, looking forward to the next episode - and to finally see the Terran Defiant !
