    Supposedly the balancing aspect is that you can only get 1 stack every 4 seconds, so you'll have to choose to stagger your Tac buffs or not get full stacks. Still grabbing it for the giant OPness.

    I guess "time" is a balance actually.

    High DPS pilots try to blow apart the target as fast as possible. For light to medium-HP targets, they may be destroyed within seconds ... maybe for the first stack to generate ...

    Higher HP targets is when the Trait gets maximized, I suppose.

    I can't speak to the ships, but if you want Andorian Phasers, then the Andorean pack is the only way to get them now. The patch notes yesterday removed the Fleet versions from the stores.

    I got the 3 T6 versions, was just curious if the wing cannons are worth buying the old 3 pack as well. I heard they don't work on the new versions yet, but will be patched soon
