First of all, be reassured: this is not a retirement announcement. I just want to let you know why I'm not here these days, I warn you: it is not a happy story.
I just lost my 7 years old cat Loki. I went back in emergency to France a few days ago because he had lost weight very quickly. When I saw him he already had lost more than half of it and was very tired, breathing rapidly. I took him to the vet, and after 2 hours of tests and x-rays we discovered that he had a tumor on the heart that ruptured and caused a massive internal bleeding everywhere, including his lungs. The vet told me that he surely was waiting for me to come back before dying. I then took the hardest decision of my life. He fell asleep forever, happy to be one last time in my arms.
I hope you can imagine that I cannot be in Captain Wilson's mood right now, I'm just devastated. I will take a 2 or 3 days to take care of Freyja, my little second cat (or for him to take care of me) before joining you again. As for the RP, since I understand that the battle began I will leave Allan and Nesta in charge for now, you can say that Wilson was badly injured and had to be transported to sickbay. I don't want to slow down the story.
Again, I'm sorry not to have given news before, but life recently reminded me the hard way to cherish every moment. Keep up the wonderful stories you're doing guys, that will help me went I go back to Germany.

Eaglesg, I am so very sorry for your loss. It is never an easy thing to loose a part of your family. My wife is a vet tech and it saddens me every day when she comes home and tells me of someone’s loss. If there’s anything we can do please let us know.
