I noticed that too. I couldn't believe how many where there today. I checked all of the instances while I was there and they where full, except for maybe 2 or 3...crazy.

Did the first mission in the new arc and loved the way DS9 looks now. I had a big ol' smile on my face as I heard the voices. The only one I didn't sound like I remember was Weyoun. Other than that, I can see myself basing my Toon out of there from now on.
I do kinda wish that the spinning DS9 was the character selection backdrop as well as the wormhole.

I was able to use it, then lost the ability, then got it back after walking away for a moment. The 'shimmer' on the console and the button both disappeared.

Much like back on the Kobali zone, only one person can use the Ship Management console at a time. Hopefully they're aware of the issue, and will fix it.
