    Then I tried it. On top of the 20 hour RnD points I'm working, the daily added 7,500 more points!

    7500? I thought it added 5k. Do you have an R&D pool at the moment?

    While you're in that very room, grab the doff assignment offered by the researcher standing in the very center of that room. Her 20h assignment grants some Commendation XP, and then also an R&D bonus pool (2k on a Success, 5k on a Crit).

    The only reason I don't do this more is just the back-and-forth involved of getting to and from the Fleet Research Lab's location in the DQ, otherwise yeah I'd be all over it every time.

    You’re not alone. I still haven’t finished the R&D on my main, the shields school is still at 19, though the Research Lab daily has been frequently useful over time for boosting.

    Stopped grinding out the alts at rank 15, didn’t really see the point in having all of them reach 20 as I can do everything I need on one.
