Jumped on tribble to have a look at the personal endeavours that coming out next week took a few snips of them

I was given

Deal 30k disruptor damage space uncommon, gave me a reward of 250k EC
Deal 10k antiproton damage ground rare, gave me 2000 ore
Destroy 30 borg ships VR, can't remember what I got was not anything stand out that I noticed was distracted when I got this one

So until we know what those perks are actually worth in real terms it's not easy to see how good this is yet but it seems like it's got a good variety of different "missions/quests" to keep people going at least.

I figure it's more of a long term project but no doubt people will be racing to fill it asap.

Getting Reps to 250K was annoying this is on a new level of pain.

It might not be as bad unless if forces us into something that's is out the norm on your daily runs, the personal ones didn't take to long to sort a quick argala and was done before the 1st wave then a quick voth ground bz took one artiliry point npc's out and a kerrat space. The difficult one on tribble was the regular endeavour that was 3 gamma skirmish, on tribble its not the easiest one to clear hence why 2/3 the last one i needed was the one where you ave to make mines out of asteroids before the swarmers use them to fix the main ship so not an easy one to solo to see what overall points you get from it complete. Will see what i get tomorrow and see if i can see how long it takes to fill but i suspect had i dot the regular that the 1st perk point would have been claimed.

So there's a Hull Regen perk but no Shield regen perk? Or am I just blind?

I like the look of it in general. I'm very interested to see how much of a bonus those perk buffs provide.

Doesnt look like it.

There's Hull Regen, Max Hull, Max Shield and Shield Hardness.

Looks like the bonuses can go from 7.5% to 15% or +75 to +150 depending of the category (unconfirmed).

Edit: So there are 30 Categories with each need 15 points that is a total of 450 points and since it seems that you can't get a point per day we are talking about a system that will take a LOT longer than a year to be fully mastered.

Are the personal ones still account wide? If this ends up being a per character system, it'll pretty much kill alts for good. Not even the most resilient grinders are going to put up with that.

I'm already fed up with virtually all the Discovery content being tied into the lootboxes somehow save for a single ship, so I hope they get this new system right.

This will encourage me to spend time on my ALTs and KDF side more.
