Hi all,
I am glad to be here and part of the UFP community. My real name is John and I live in Athens, Greece.
In game I mostly play with my human engineer toon, Miles. I started this game sometime in 2012, and i'm playing it since then. Other online games i have played in the past include WoW (from vanilla up to Lich King), and SWTOR.
Star Trek was always in my life. I remember watching the TOS series when I was a kid, and later at high school i had the nickname "Scotty" from my friends. Something that followed me professionally, as I am an IT engineer.

Yes, indeed toon name derives from O'Brien.
WoW was my first involvement with MMO's but quit it before Cataclysm was out. I played SWTOR for a while, before i settled in STO.
