As for the Bajorans, it's easy. Just point behind them and say 'Look a Cardassian!' and you get the drop on them.

As for Barron, we could have someone charge right at him from behind, knock him to the ground and while he's struggling, you slide in with the Vulcan goodnight grip. Once he's unconscious, Doc will shoot him with a phaser on stun, 'just to be sure'. Of course, no one is going to know it's on stun at first. muhahahahaha!

I'll make a post about this shortly, with Biiqs doing a site to site to the cargo bay area. There are probably a few ways to do this, but a firefight would be the most entertaining.

Barron's is going to be sort of a waiting game. He's a cocky ensign trapped alongside a war veteran and professional soldier - the captain. I'm thinking Terrir will probably disarm him somehow. Maybe there'll be a mad getaway dash before he runs into you to neckpinch him?

As far as the bombs - dont worry about them yet. Secure the area and evacuate it, is what I'm thinking. And then worry about disarming the bombs.

Let's not go overboard. Guy is going to get roughed up, nerve pinched (likely not a pleasant experience), tackled, and shot with a phaser (on stun) for dramatic effect.

I think the shocking him with a weapon arm is a bit much if you are going to be involved in tackling him.

There's a lot of folks in the scene. The shocking him with your weaponized arm takes away from Tess (who spoke up wanting to get the capture) and Christopher (who is adding his own personal touch for Amita, Jei, Chief Hayes, and Martin).

My thoughts exactly on this.

Don't go overboard or start planning too much into rescuing Teriir yet; I still need to have my shot at Barron and take out the forcefields so you can come in. Plus, he needs to tie his own noose with his cockiness so my chat with him will take awhile.

Oh, and there's still the "Humanitarians" getting ready to "visit" Dorvan V's citizens while the hostage situation is happening. You may want to catch them first so one of Barron's ace cards gets removed from play.

My piece of him is going to be a hand-to-hand fight after knocking the phaser away from him (eventually). Towards the end of our fight, I'm going to throw one of the melee weapons Baron brought with him into the console controlling the forcefields to disable them. He isn't going to notice the forcefields are down as he is busy taunting me about my "horrible throwing arm" then realize what happened when it's beyond too late. That's when I'd like you guys to jump on him; don't beat him up too much as Tess still needs to have something worth pinching.

There are 18 Bajoran Extremists gearing up in Cargo Hold 2. A pretty big group but they are preparing to wipe out an entire village.

I'm working on writing out the series of story posts in which Teriir speaks to Barron about his actions. The extent of his treachery will be revealed in these posts. He's unusually open to discussing everything he's done, which is more or less straight up admitting to treason, and why he isn't concerned about this will be revealed just before they start fighting. It will also explain why Barron wanted to take Teriir hostage above all others.

I won't put that part up until the Bajoran Extremists have been captured and the munitions disarmed.

That's correct. It seems everyone is still divvying up where they're going.

That's a really good idea but I see 3 major problems.

First - Simply venting everything would also get rid of most of the evidence within Cargo Hold 2 we could use as evidence against Barron. We would also lose everything else stored in Cargo Hold 2 including the remaining relief supplies for Dorvan V's people as that's stored there too.

Second - I think we want the Bajoran Extremists alive (a few of them anyway) so they can stand trial.

Third - Even If we throw in variables saying a lot of the supplies can be magnetized to the deck and successfully disarm a few of the Cardassian weapons, Cargo Hold 2 is in the middle of the Saucer section. The only way to space everything would be to move it through the ship and into the nearby shuttlebay.

Instead of spacing, maybe using the transporters after disarming some weapons would be better. Get the Bajoran Extremists, get additional evidence, and get rid of the ticking bomb on the ship all at once.

It's all up to you guys on what you're doing there; just throwing out my thought on that.
