Definitely. Heavy stun. I actually think the weapons should be locked while aboard ship so they dont exceed that setting. I remember reading in the DS9 technical manual how the weapons were set not to exceed that amount while aboard the station.

But yes, there are very few instances where Security sets them to kill. They weren't even set to kill planetside against the Nausicaans.

LOL! I wish it would have been playing on the shuttle speakers like I thought. My post had one security officer saying, "Is that classical music?" And the other saying, "Yeah that's a 20th century artist named Tito Jackson."

So, the first attack on the Ares had a lot of confusion, including the severe injuries caused to Captain Wilson. The blow to our morale couldn't be understated and yet we pulled together and defeated the Orions despite this. As Ensign Barron said in my last post; he is every bad day we've ever experienced. Corgo Hold 2, Ensign Barron's assigned post on our ship, is on the same Deck which Captian Wilson was mortally wounded; Deck 10.

When he got to the turbolift, he found the lift system went offline, so he went into the Jefferies tubes. Sam had an idea of the tubes layout on the ship, so it didn't take him long to navigate it. He got out on the deck that his quarters were on and started to jog. He stopped suddenly when he spotted an unconscious body, slumped against the wall, face full of burns.

- *Looks like a console blew out.*

He checked for a pulse. It was faint, but there. He went to hit his comm badge, but noticed the pips.

- Son of a bitch! =^=Sickbay, Medical emergency, Deck X (10). Its the Captain!=^=

"I think this is it!" Mell called down to her teammates as she struggled to open the metal hatch. When it did finally give way she was treated to the smell of something burning. As graciously as a beached whale Mell climber onto the deck plate beside the ladder to be greeted by a man kneeling over another's body.

"I found the captain!" She called back, as Harris popped his head through the hatch into the department.

Mell rushed to the captains injured body and examined it, noticing straight away severe plasma burns and deep cuts. Pulling out her Medical Tricorder she motioned it sideways as it scanned for injuries.

"Blast! He has severe plasma burns over the majority of his body, along with several fractures and some internal bleeding!" She explained to her team and the officer,"He must have been standing right next to the console when it exploded... there is not much we can do here apart from stopping the exterior bleeding, How are we going to get him to the Sickbay?" She asked panicked to her fellow officers.

"I'm no engineer and can't say for sure . . . What I do know is that the damage on Deck 10 was caused by a feedback in the EPS conduits from the jolting our ship took from the weapons fire. You'll have to discuss with the engineering teams on those details.

I believe we can add assassin to Ensign Wallace Barron's list of charges against him.

He's deluded, but it seems to be self deluded. But dont worry, If Jei and Chris dont kill him, he'll end up in a Federation Penal Ward somewhere, getting therapy and doing watercolor painting.
