• Resolved a typo in the Arena of Sompek Loading screen.
• Removed the cooldown for the Event version of the Arena.
• Updated Captain Ferrell’s Uniform in the Dyson Sphere Adventure Zone.

Content:
• Resolved an issue that was causing an error when trying to warp out of the Delta Quadrant.

Ships:
• Resolved an issue that was causing the [T6] Voth ships to not display window materials properly.

Systems:
• Resolved an issue that caused all versions of Section 31 Heavy Phaser Rifle to gain one more [Dmg] mod than intended when upgraded to Ultra-Rare.

○ Existing weapons benefiting from the extra mod have been repaired.
○ This weapon may now be Re-Engineered.
○ The damage of the Primary Fire has been slightly increased.
○ The damage of the Secondary Fire has been increased.
○ The recharge time on the Secondary Fire has been reduced from 8 seconds to 5 seconds.

• Resolved an issue that could cause the "Reactive Repair Nanites" trait to force you into combat.
• Players who own the D7 Miracle Worker Flight Deck Carrier can now purchase Advanced Phaser Beam Arrays from the dilithium store.
• Players who own the Miracle Worker Flight Deck Carrier can now purchase Advanced Disruptor Beam Arrays from the dilithium store.
• Resolved an issue that caused some weapons to not work correctly with the new Beam Overload.

Okay so, BO3 works now with Advanced Phasers.

This was my not-obsolete record from a PUG on Aug 9th:

That's with 2x FAW3, backed by Redirecting Arrays (+0.33s of FAW whenever you receive damage while FAW is active, up to 15s), Supremacy (+2 all Power per target his while FAW is active), and Superior Area Denial (grants FAW1 to my 2x hangars of Elite Tactical Flyers when I use FAW).

I wanted to try 2x BO3 with Coordinated Assault (grants BO1 to hangars when I use BO) and Superweapon Ingenuity (+5s to BO) but uh, discovered I can't afford that since it's from ships that cost 900 Lobi and 3000 Zen.

So I switched just one copy of FAW3 to BO3, to try it out. I figure instead of FAW every 20s, I'll alternate between FAW and BO every 15s, unleashing more APBs along the way. What I got from a PUG:

That's even higher than my previous all-time record of (IIRC) 125k from many many patches ago.

FAW3 did 39.5k, BO3 did 36.5k.

Edit: So comparing my Buran with FAW II 173K to her with BOII 238K is a big jump in performance.

I'm assuming you were running FAW-related traits with the FAW build. What did you switch to with the BO build?

Right now for me, Superior Area Denial grants a damage resistance debuff and Supremacy's power bonus should still be active when I'm firing BO, which means the BO's damage is indirectly boosted by my FAW traits. With Redirecting Arrays, I'm basically getting 15s of FAW followed by 10s of BO, then 5s of nothing before repeating.

I don't know how all this would play out if I switch them over to a pure BO build. I'd be really annoyed if I spent 900 Lobi and 3000 Zen for nothing. Bad enough I grabbed the Paradox (900 Lobi) only to discover the Tactical Flyers do better than the Aeons (at least with Superior Area Denial spamming FAW1 on them).

This is the old build, I never did one for the UFP and this is the new one.

So with me using A2B and the Superweapon Ingenuity Trait Beam Overlaod is up 100% of the time and the damage can be boosted on some ships that have enouth Boff Slots with Preferential Targeting Trait.

Have you tried slotting Overwhelming Force as well? That could potentially produce some pretty mad outcomes! Essentially if it could fire off 100% of the time that gives your BO's a free shield stripping attack as well.

I just tried it but it seems only to trigger at the first Overload shot the others are than normal Overloads and this case Promise of Ferocity seems to be a better choice considering it is +20% Cat2 Damage.

BTW: It is super fun to use it on a Galaxy it's like she is doing real damage for the first time

Ah that probably makes sense. A lot of these trait effects are only active on the first shot, or take time to stack up. I suppose its part of their balance.
