Looks like members would have to request an invite to the Squadron on Inara, doesn't pull data from the in-game one, unfortunately. I suspect it won't be used much by us due to this. If members do happen to request to join the squadron on Inara, make sure to let me know so I can accept.

I've sent the request on INARA as well as clicked on "Support this squadron" button as well. No idea what it does- but I have!

it just lists you as a supporter of that squadron without actually being a member, there's a list on the squadron page that shows you who supports your squadron.

Btw guys, our Teamspeak has its own Elite Dangerous channel under holodeck. Most of the people listed on the squadron can always be found sitting on there as we play the game.

Especially helpful when we go hunting bounties and what not or to.just ask us questions on the game.

ok I re-installed it, looks like i'd played about 2 hours over a year ago, also after 20 minutes remembered why I stopped trying to play, how do you guys even control your spaceships? I tried the tutorials, took me 35 minutes to actually dock as my ship just kept spinning (I guess that's because the mouse movement is twitchy as hell) as for cargo scooping. ouch. i'll have to hit one of you up on TS to see if i'm just doing it wrong!

I bought an X-box controller to use on the PC and found that much easier to use than my usual preferred keyboard/mouse setup for games.

For now try to just get setup and have the session invite from Bedders as well as Squadron invites.

Hello fellow Commanders. Excited to see a UFP Elite Dangerous Squad. I have 1068 hours of game time in Elite. Back in the day, I started the game as a Federation pilot and then pledged to Arissa Lavigny-Duval for Powerplay purposes. I fly in and out of Kamadhenu on a regular basis. I fly an Alliance Chieftain, a Krait Mk II, and an Imperial Cutter. I am ranked as a Warrant Officer in the Federation and a Prince in the Empire with friendly reputations with Fed, Empire, and Alliance. My Combat rank is Dangerous, my Trade rank is Entrepreneur, and my Explorer rank is Pathfinder.

I'll sign up for some of the UFP Elite events. I am willing to share what I know and provide tips that have enhanced my gameplay experience within Elite Dangerous for those interested. I am by no means an Elite Dangerous expert. In game I am Commander Roekan Avallach.

I built a new PC recently and have yet to obtain the UFP TS info again but, I do have and utilize Discord and I am on the UFP discord server. I believe it was an announcement on the UFP Discord that caught my attention and led me to discover this thread.

It definitely was fun! I'm still curious what the hell got me wanted. I just remember swarming down in a fight with Brothers of Mainani and then they used Chaff Launchers. It is possible my gimbled weapons then locked on to internal security while being confused hence and that's what got me the fine. As soon as I went to station to pay fine they put me in detention centre and I had to be bailed out by the "Bureau of Legista--something".

Thanks I was in a ship that can jump 33LY, it took me 5 jumps back to Mainani, I'm parked there now before I logged off.

From the event - we shared waaaay too many missions and abandoning bigger missions incurs bigger fines. I'm down to fly with anyone later today to hunt the BoMs (Brothers of Mainani) and get the cash back as well! Just let me know if anyone will be joining me on Discord!
