[Notice] - Phoenix Prize Pack NOV 2019

It's not on the calendar, there has been no official announcement (that I can find), but the Phoenix Prize Pack is back as of 25 NOV 2019. No idea when it started or when it will end.

There's an Assimilated Assault Cruiser [T6] Admiralty Card on the Rare tab. I don't remember seeing that before.
66 ENG / 49 TAC / 20 SCI (+20 ENG per Any ship)
I could be wrong. I may have missed it last month.

Rumor has it that the RNG numbers "may" have been tweaked. There were a lot of people getting Epic tokens and two guys in fleet chat got one each within minutes of each other.
Don't take that as gospel though, but it;s possible Cryptic are feeling guilty after the Mudd debacle????

Well, it wasn't there when I logged in. The last thing on my "What's New" list was the Ship Sale (which I do not care about because I have no money, DIL, or Zen).

Good to know we're in on Day One.

I opened 51 Phoenix Prize Packs. The results: 8 Very Rare, 7 Rare, 36 Uncommon.

Yeah, it might be nothing but people were getting a LOT of epic tokens whilst I was on. Could be just sheer volume i guess?

I only got 1 UR out of a bunch of boxes, but now I have a Risian Luxury Cruiser. XD

Good choice!

I bought one of those last year. I actually got an Epic and traded it in for two Ultras and got both of the Risian ships. They're fun to look at, but they're not what I would call "practical" fighting ships. 😂

I already got that; it is pretty slick on missions it was one of the last few things I got when the last event closed.

Speaking of the Risan cruiser, if anyone has the Eaglemoss model of the Grimes Yacht from Discovery, check out the concept art for it. There’s some VERY close designs there!
Would have been cool to see it look like the Risan ships on screen. Maybe they make a lot of fancy yachts for rich people.

I have almost everything in the Phoenix pack. I picked up some side items like the emotes for the ships and one of the rifles... most went to upgrades of course... and pretty much all the special reputation consoles are upgraded because they were easy to do quickly with so few.

With black friday sale with extra zen and Phoenix boxes of 10 going for 40k dilithium I am tempted to do a mad dump and go wild on upgrades.
