First, if it says inside the product page "This item is not eligible for use with promo codes." Then it is either already discounted or not eligible, like a new zen ship it is a hot item. Best you get the general goodies to get discounts.

Well in anycase, on the day of my post, I looked for the ones where the ships did not say that the discount were not eligible and I chose four ships to get to a certain monetary amount to qualify for a discount at the checkout. The website by the way is still running discounts if anyone is looking to grab some ships for their desk display.

I'll post my purchase as an example for you peeps. They have free shipping over a certain amount and additional discount over $60 - I bought $84.96 in original value for four ships but with discounts you'll see what I actually paid. Not bad... I needed at least four to qualify for either the free shipping or a discount, I don't remember. I'll report back when they arrive to see how they look. I went with a classic TNG theme for my first batch.

Just a brief update.
The XL version of the U.S.S. Voyager seems to be on sale now for 50% off so anyone interested in her might want to take a look. Not sure how long the sale will last on it though

So like I said, I would report back when I did get them. I got the Galaxy, specifically the Enterprise D, the Nebula, the Romulan Warbird and the Klingon Vor'cha-Class Attack Cruiser - each come with a booklet which is really nice and talks about the ship and design by the makers of the show. I put a tape measuring next to the Enterprise, it is just roughly over 5 inches for the "5 inch" models, I think the Klingon ship is longer from the looks. I honestly didn't expect them to be that big for 5 inches but I never bought these before; so I can only imagine what the XL version will be LOL... If anyone is looking for a good trademarked legit display, I definitely go for these. Nothing is perfect, but for a display it is good to go for sure. My computer desk has a hutch, and has the perfect setup for my Star Trek ship display to go while I grind the next ship at the monthly event!

Yup they are pretty nice, even the smaller scale models. The details are very good and the stands are great I think; not too intrusive.
The booklets are filled with lots of awesome little facts too and concept arts etc.

Is that 9 inches or 10 inches just the ruler is off a little from the top. Anyway - WOW that ship is YUUUUUUGEEEE hahaha, I had to say it... Amazing detail on that XL ship.

Does it come with a beefy stand also ? For my computer desk hutch, my 5 inch display is the perfect size. Maybe I'll get the XL for above the hutch, I'll have to see at the next discount event they'll have.

The XL ones all have the same base but the stand part is a bit heavier made to account for the weight.

This one is about 10 inches long, it’s hard to get it to sit on a desk alongside the rule and measure as it’s quite front heavy.
There’s a lot more detail on it than the normal size, but any print errors are more obvious sometimes (one of the pendants on the right side is misaligned you’ll notice).
Generally if you really like a ship and want a big showy model for a reasonable price I’d say they are worth it

One point of note about the booklets though, for the XL models they tend to be about the films/shows more than the ship itself as that tends to already have been covered in the normal sized model’s booklet.

I can tell from the pendant from the photo but hey, like I said in my post, nothing is perfect, but for a display, and a licensed legit model, it is good to go - given I was impressed and I need some stuff to litter my home office with some displayware, I think I'll start investing in these models when they have sales. But if they don't, I might drop in one or two every so often. I can make this a hobby for sure.

The mini versions look good, but my word the XL versions just take it up to eleven, the Miranda looks fantastic!
