    oh yeah, that bugs been around a long time, theres something wrong with the way the system calculates the points and it almost always ends with "Failure" even if you have 100% or more chance of success

    I mean I've failed stuff easily with 99% chance to succeed, but I don't recall failing something with a 100% chance before.

    Seriously. I mean unless this is the toon you're storing your training manuals on. I have one of those. It also houses some kit modules and one-offs. And one toon just for ship weapons and consoles, and one just for food, and one just for weird stuff...

    I'm kinda a pack rat on her, she was my first ever STO character and I I've been playing since before it went F2P :p

    I sell training manuals to make a little extra ec and I just keep the stock on her since her bank is well...full >.>
