Yeah, the platinum looks good on only a few fed ships, Excelsior being one of them. But I'd say a lot of non-fed ships may benefit better from this vanity i.e. Romulan since they have a lot of curves and sloping features... if you hit the light just right it will look beautiful...

For me it was just the alterations to the nacelles that killed it for me. Although I tried it on my Crossfield Class and I thought it looked really good. I'll have to get a Screenshot later on today.

The Platinum Vanity Shield can look really beautiful on some ships, including Romulan ones. It brings out the aesthetics and sleek features... I've named this ship the U.S.S. Star Empress...

I would like to see if someone has BOTH the Ba'ul Vanity and the Section 31 Vanity, because I believe they're closely similar, it is just the S31 is shinier and the Ba'ul is a flat black. However, I am still curious to see the difference sid-by-side... IF someone has both...

I have a S31 vanity, had to sell souls for it, I do want the Ba'ul because I like space/ground barbie...
