General:
• The Platinum Discovery Era Sniper Rifle from the Cryptic 20th Anniversary Pack can now be reclaimed on all characters.
• Resolved an issue that was causing weapons to be on cooldown for up to 50 minutes when equipping them from the inventory.
• Resolved an issue during the Episode “Khitomer Discord” that prevented credit from being given for saving all 15 civilians.
• Resolved an issue during the Episode “Downfall” that was causing enemies to be more difficult than intended at lower levels.
• All missions in the journal for all factions involving queueing up and playing a TFO have been removed.
• Removed “Vigilance” story arc from Delta Recruit requirements.
• Resolved an issue that was causing “The Centre Cannot Hold” and “The Khitomer Discord” to be out of order when granted to the player from J’mpok.
• The Fleet Logo on the revamped T6 B'Rel has been moved to its correct position, and the impulse trails have also been adjusted to be in the correct spot.
• Adjusted Cannon hardpoints on the Negh’Var to better match the ship art.
• Resolved an issue where Fragment of AI Tech wasn't properly scaling Energy Weapon Damage.
• Sentry Mode Updates:
○ Resolved an issue that caused the damage of this console to scale excessively with damage buffs.
○ Resolved an issue that caused FX to play on targets that were out of range of the console's damage.

I guess plenty of people complained about the Disco Rifle being for one toon only... xD
...also, it is about time they fixed the crazy cooldown bug on backpack weapon swapping.
General:

Mission cutting up again... I swear the story arc is a jigsaw puzzle at this point...

Not a bad list overall. Nice to see they will be giving credit for saving all 15 civilians (methinks Sugihara's been stingy with the dilithium...) and updating the old Delta recruit requirements (hopefully without breaking the storyline).
I'm a bit surprised about the platinum rifle becoming reclaimable, but I will happily accept additional shiny pew pew sticks.

Well, they fixed it. A few weeks back, when I last looked, he was missing on New Romulus (best feature of being Romulan: No ESD Commie-Chat).

B5 was great, they kind of stumbled with season 5, though. It was like they weren't sure where to go from the end of season 4.
Ah! Big big B5 fan here - of the level of getting someone from Australia to send him vcr tapes of episodes so he could stay ahead of the releases locally. Gosh that takes me back... Anyhoo...
B5 was always meant to be a five year story arc - the general plot and major events were planned well in advance. But after a while, it became quite uncertain if it was ever going to be renewed for a fifth year, so JMS had to cram in the major plot items into year four. And of course it did get renewed... So if season 5 feels a bit like it was tacked on, it is because it was.
Also - DS9 was such a rip off of B5, I still get pretend angry about it (I love both). Sadly, B5 had less than half the budget DS9 did and it definitely did not age as well.
