I got to level 8 I think last night (maybe 7?) and got my hands on the ammo convertor. While it may do what it says on the tin, it's not exactly the most user friendly or intuitive thing in the world as it operates like a computer terminal instead of a vendor/workbench. Bit of a mistake there so hopefully they revisit that. Also, the Adrenaline perk is currently broken and doesn't proc!

In all though, I'm quite pleased with the new update, the new public teams feature is handy and I got more events done last night than I have in quite some time, which came in very handy for the XP and treasury note grind.

I'm currently on the Fire Breather quest Line, I should check on the season pass thing. Games pretty fun but I'm not gonna lie, it really bombards you with quest notifications and the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. set was a little confusing at first, thought I had the lone wanderer perk card slotted, turned out I didn't. I did get my first legendary drop, Vampire lever action pipe pistol.

Edit: I'm at level 10 but I kinda feel like I'm not accomplishing much, I keep dying a lot and my weapons so far are quickly becoming useless against newer enemies, feels like a fallout game

Hate to bump this thread but I had the most Bizarre encounter last night. I was finishing a quest in Blackwater Mine when in one of the rooms deep in the mine I found 3 players in nothing but their undies just standing there, was pretty awkward since I needed to retrieve something from that toon and they were doing "something," before I showed up.

Since i've been back to work the last month not had a huge amount of time to play it but i have managed to get to level 13 in the legendary run. some decent rewards so far

I hit level 30 in the legendary run last night and I also got the last piece of my T-65 crafted, but I need to wait until Saturday to get the calibrated shocks mod for it.

I think level 31 is the turning point in the legendary run as from 32 onwards the dailies alone will no longer complete a full level and it needs the repeatable weekly to help top up.

I'm barely at 9, having a new character makes things slow. My cap situation isn't too good either, I let my young cousin play it a bit and he ended up wasting over a hundred caps on Ultracite power armor plans

Just seen this added to Xbox game pass so it's time to DL it i think!

I'm a casual noob so i expect to get beaten about a fair bit, all part of the fun. Though I've played plenty of 3 and NV so pretty clued up on the basics i hope.

Hope you don't have my luck, one minute I'm exploring a low level area and the next I'm getting the crap beat out of me by a lvl 63 charred feral ghoul.

oh yeah this totally happens all the time mate, and trust me even at level 82 those level 63 charred feral ghouls hurt!

Yeah, I'm L74, and running around in an Excavator, and those guys suuuuck.

Anyone know if X-01 pieces spawn anywhere? It's the only power armor I have no pieces of yet.

X-01 doesn't spawn in the world, you get the plans to craft it from a terminal in the Whitespring bunker.
