    I saw some gameplay footage a while back and if I'm honest, it looked very basic. To me it looked like it should have been released last generation alongside the original Avengers movie.

    Then there's the whole Spider-man debacle and it very much seems like a game I'm not going to go out of my way to avoid, but I'm probably not going to go out of my way to play it either.

    Then again the footage I saw was from a while back, and I am a DC fan Tongue Out, so my opinion probably doesn't count for much lol

    I've played part of the first mission and, while the graphics are amazing, the game isn't really my cup of tea [on the PC platform]. You can't choose which Avenger you are and just as you get used to being one of them, the story switches you to one of the others and you have to get used to another style of combat. It definitely has a more console-type feel to it for me and I might consider playing it on the PS4 but not on release; maybe when it's come down in price I'll consider it.

    I still have the spare beta key that's valid for the rest of today if anyone fancies giving it a try.
