Eclipse informed us that she is unwell, and Seapanda helped heal this time around.

Mission Outcome:Today's Manhunt had a couple surprise guests! Bedders and Th3TrueLuke! Though Bedders wasn't able to join us because he wasn't in warlords yet, he stuck around and chatted with us while he leveled.

We even managed to get it all done quite quickly with Th3TrueLuke joining us =D

I'll get together with him to get the other targets done before the next manhunt target which will be the end of season!

Mission Outcome:We played a single game this evening, however it was a victory against 4 standard AI.

At the start, they did manage to overtake us in the bottom left corner of the map, however this was repelled with a concentrated effort.

Bedders loved his tank destroyers this game nad kept them in the middle of the map after we'd destroyed the bridges on either side.

We then slowly moved forward and eliminated the enemy but it did take a while. Griffon did a lot of the work holding the enemies destroyed bases.

Overall, I like to think we all had fun.

Mission Outcome:We have done it! Revendreth is free of Sire Denathrius' oppression and the Venthyr can now concentrate on stopping all of that precious anima from flowing out towards the Maw.

Everyone performed amazingly and we managed to complete the raid on Normal difficulty. We are going to keep running this difficulty for another week or two and then onwards to Heroic!

Mission Outcome:
This marks the second week for the team to kill Sire Denathrius on normal. As we had couple of member from full team missing, we got 2 pugs to replace them. Rattlehead while away was with us in spirit every step of the way!

After killing Sire Denathrius and achieving 10/10N we naturally moved to Heroic progression. We killed Shriekwing on Heroic. We then moved towards Huntsman Altimor on Heroic, however Eclipse internet decide to derp out, so Seapanda helped to replace and be heals for remainder of heroic fight. It was definitely a learning experience and we did make progress with each time we gave it a go.

Clearly we need to be better geared for Heroic so we will be doing more organized mythic dungeons to get better item levels. We've set ilvl 200 to be the minimum for Heroic progression and do want to increase our mythic dungeon key levels.

Game: Halo Spartan Ops

Mission Outcome:During a Respond and Rescue mission to help out marines under fire, we valiantly responded. Unfortunately there weren't enough marines left alive at the end to rescue.

Subsequently Command sent us to investigate a missing science team. Once we established they'd activated some Forerunner technology we were tasked with deactivating it so the "professionals could take a look" - although it had been "professionals" who'd switched it on in the first place.

Finally we got asked to clear some ridgelines of covenant presence. This was made all the fun by getting to commandeer abandoned (and thankfully fast respawning) wraiths.

Altogether a great series of successful missions on behalf of the UNSC.

Mission Outcome:
This week's run was particularly smooth, having one-shot all but two bosses. Not only did we clear Normal in a single night, but we've also gone ahead and killed the first boss on Heroic difficulty as well!

We also managed to do a full guild run, so no PUGs complaining about us using Teamspeak. Everyone is visibly improving and we can feel the fights getting a lot easier (yes, I know some specs have been buffed).

All in all, we all had a great time and since we've cleared everything on Normal, that means tomorrow we're moving straight onto Heroic progress

Mission Outcome:Finished off the epic book quests in the Misty Mountains (saw a dead dragon being resurrected before defeating a Nazgul). Then one of Aragorn’s Dunadan Rangers sent us off to Angmar. There we thought it was a good idea to tackle a three man instance with just the two of us; we managed to down two of the bosses before the third, and final, boss took us to our first defeat.

Mission Outcome:
We've continued with our Heroic progress and managed to get another two bosses down, which puts us at 3/10HC!
Since we missed some members, we had to enlist a few PUGs to help us with the damage. It has to be mentioned that we've gotten great advice from one of them, namely Trenbolone, a Mythic raider more than willing to switch characters and roles in order to help us progress.
We had also gotten extremely close to our third kill of the night, but fatigue got to us in the end. Anyway, we are very happy with our progress for this week.

Mission Outcome:We were tonight tasked with a mission for Catherine Halsey.
First we got sent to explore an unknown signal, resulting in mass covenant deployment against us - thankfully we were granted Mantii (multiple Mantis) that were blessed to respawn as frequently as we did.
Banshees and pelicans galore for target practice!
After running through a couple of covenant bases we ended up going after a covenant terrorist (although why the specific designation of 'terrorist' was used we do not know). During the end of this mission an elite got stuck in a rock forcing us to restart, as we couldn't hit him with grenades, nor could we respawn to keep getting more grenades

That was the only screenshot I got because everything else was too chaotic... Apparently every enemy in Legendary Spartan Ops has a fuel rod cannon.

Mission Outcome:

Today marked the first week we start Heroic progression on Friday, having skipped most of the bosses on Normal. Handing in Sludgefist's four heads to General Draven will do that for you.
On Heroic, we killed the first three bosses and got to take a shot at the fourth one as well before we ran out of time. That makes seven bosses down in one night!.
We were also once again joined by Trenbolone, this time bringing his warrior along with good advice.
