    I'm unable to send PMs anymore as it tells me the quota of my stored messages is full. I've never had this problem before and only facing it after my recent changes in permission.

    Check your sent items folder. They count towards your quota; I believe you’ll find that’s decreased since your permissions have changed.

    Hmm, I don't see items folder. Just inbox and sent. I tried deleting 2 pages worth messages from both but still no luck.
