For the last semi-final, we come to two ships who have had very strong plot armour, while one has an amazing plot spore drive, the other has respawning plot torpedos.

Have to give this to Voyager. Discovery is older, and while it may have the advantage of the spore drive and ultimate plot armor Burnham, Voyager was battle-hardened by 7 years of Delta quadrant travel not having access to trippin' on the mushroom highways and learned how to have more shuttlecraft, torpedoes, and other spare parts than the rest of Starfleet combined all by itself after only a couple seasons of scavenging and rationing.
Plus, I'm pretty sure you could just tell Janeway that Disco only served decaf coffee and she would happily commit unfathomable war crimes to eliminate it before breakfast. This is the captain that murdered Tuvix, promoted everyone but Harry Kim, altered the timeline to seriously kneecap the Borg Collective, and committed countless other crimes yet managed to come home and get promoted to a flag position and have onboard holograms made of her to train future crews. Even the Pakleds fear Janeway.
