Pinched from Reddit and confirmed in the Ten Forward weekly to be a new Promo ship (which I imagine is a surprise to nobody), though if it comes out this year it at least opens the door to obtaining it from the event campaign next year, assuming they run it for a third time.

It's also confirmed to not be kit-bashable with the Constellation and is seemingly built from the 3D model actually used in the show.

The trait is Reverberant Shielding - activate any rank of Feedback Pulse or Reverse Shield Polarity, it also grants the effect of the other skill.

Console is Harmonic Shield Barrier and grants shield hardness and regen. The click power generates a shield like the one used by the fleet at the end of Season 2 that taunts enemies and expands depending on how many people are there. It also grants a damage resistance to ships behind it.

The console is odd. I enjoy running engineer toons on ground, but the one power I almost never click is Cover Shield, and the console off this thing is essentially a space version of that. The trait seems a bit meh to me. It might be okay for a tank build still using RSP to get a little extra DPS, but I'm not sure FBP is worth it unless they undo some of the hard nerfing it received.

The ship itself looks pretty good though, and looks like you could make a decent torp boat or tank out of it. Shame it had to be yet another gamble box ship though, so probably one I'll never actually own.

In looking at my previous post and then watching Spencer's video, I kind of feel like he owes me some of those sweet sweet YouTube royalties. Kind of felt like he used my comments as talking points, then added the Styx comparison after to make it less obvious. I mean, it breaks line of sight and prevents you from hitting enemies, which just seems...bad. In a game that's all about dps why would you want to prevent yourself from being able to shoot?
The barrier field generator console already does this and no one uses it

It is a Troll Console imagine you activate it in an ISE at the start.

I'm personally more curious as to when the infinity lockbox will be updated to include the stuff from the Discovery Far From Home box, as I'm sitting on a pile of weapon packs for months now waiting for them to have the 32nd Century phasers added.
