    Resolved a graphical issue some captains were experiencing on Risa that caused lighting to be drastically different in some areas.
    So they removed Risa's only interesting quality! you never knew what part or how often you'd get blackness on the ground textures, it was always a surprise!

    I hope its not what they really did to fix it, but it always felt like you were rolling a RNG as far as what you got to see roaming around the map. It was free food for gambling addictions. Probably was hurting their key sales and other gamble box metrics. eek!

    I didn't do a ton of testing, but I think this fix cleaned up similar issues on Nimbus too.
