I'm waiting for the captain rework to poke my nose into the game again, that is if I have enough time for gaming. But better soloing on captain was always a thing for me so maybe it's time!

Btw, 17 characters is nice! I only have 14

back on Vilya, I had 3 accts with six or seven toons, but I had used a friend's name on 2 of them and they wouldn't recover those two accts even tho I controlled email addrs for them because 'not the same name'

I've managed to get one toon to level 140 on Brandywine and have another 11 spread between level 1 and 100, the game is so large now that I don't know if I'll ever get my other old raid-ready toons to 140. It's taken me 1.5 years to find the time to level my LM main from 120-140 and start the end-game gear grind. I can't really imagine doing the same for my Captain, Guard, Mini, and Warden that I stopped using at lvl 85 when that was the level cap.

I haven't been over to Lauelin lately, never seemed to run into anyone. I think my to-do list was forest armour for my hunter and champ out of Echad Candelleth, but I've got others working other lower areas. Many many moons ago I'd host a Combe-Staddle-Thornleys-Barrow speed run to get book 1 done at once I still remember most of it. At the moment I'm struggling thru Udun and the early Black Book stuff with my warden on Ark, trying to get at least one character to cap.

Well I just managed to get a computer which won't set on fire trying to run LotRO and created my character. Hoping to get through whatever tutorial I need and join up with you all soon out there. Decided to go pretty basic first time and get a High Elf Minstrel and get used to game playing a more support based character. I know I have a heavy grind to get all the way to lv. 140 and be at the level you are probably playing at but hope to catch some of you around before then.

Biggest advice I can give you: DO NOT RUSH THE LEVELING!
The biggest strength of the game is the world and story, the endgame is a bog-standard grind of epic proportions.

I leveled around 20 characters of different classes to various stanges of endgame, two to 140 and six to 130 before. Let me repeat, because it's THAT important: do not rush the leveling but enjoy the scenery, story and the vast epicness that is Middle-Earth!

I'm still only early 60's in level on my main character, because I really take my time. It's a game and meant to be enjoyed, which for me means playing through the decades worth of content that's in the game.

Even thjough I did spend months IRL in Moria...

Well I got through the Tutorial, Can't find any of my items I got at the end of the tutorial nor can I work out what to do next. And yet I'm still having lots of fun, if you can ignore the low poly not that far away textures it also looks really good too. Hoping to get up enough levels to not instantly die when I join up on a night with some of you guys in the future.

EDIT: Literally 3 mins later I found the bag and got all my stuff. Really looking forward to exploring the trades people system I justr found too.
