On Saturday 8th September Paramount are hosting the 4th annual Star Trek Day celebration. The special website found here can take you through everything that is confirmed to appear however I have sumarised what is known so far below.
With a special focus on animation due to 2023 being the 50th Anniversary of The Animated Series Star Trek: Lower Decks is set to feature prominently including our host for the day being Commander Jack Ransom of the USS Cerritos Jerry O'Connell along with a selection of special guest.
The aim of this day is to celebrate the 57 years of Star Trek history, look back at the series that renewed Star Trek, Star Trek Discovery, ahead of it's 5th and final season currently scheduled for early 2024 and the have a look at Star Trek Lower Decks season 4 with episode one of that dropping just the day before.
You can watch all of this on the Star Trek Day website listed above, the official Paramount and Star Trek youtube channels and Paramounts Twitch channel and the Paramount and Star Trek Facebook pages.
Fan in the cities listed (Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Diego, St. Louis, Washington D.C., Vancouver, Calgary and London.) should also be on the lookout to see if they can book onto the special screening of new episodes of Star Trek Lower Decks season 4 though tickets to these events are very limited.

Here is the video for Star Trek Day, it's only 22 minutes long and doesn't cover much new news except reconfirming that both Star Trek Section 31 and Star Trek Academy are in production, Discovery Season 5 airing early next year.
There will also be 5 new Short treks animated in the style of the The Animated Series airing on the Star Trek website soon.
On a personal opinion I did a see a lack of acknowledgement of Star Trek Prodigy a great shame especially considering it is one of only 3 animated shows yet in the 50th year of Star Trek animation it isn't referenced one. This will likely be due to Prodigy leaving Paramount Plus recently but something I (and many YouTube commenters) think was a shame to miss out.

I noticed a ton of comments on that YouTube video about the notable absence of Prodigy references despite them calling extra attention to the TAS anniversary and animated Trek in general. Could be some sort of NDA or something similar in place if they really are engaged in talks with someone to buy the streaming rights, or Paramount simply not wanting to actively stir up the community again from their frankly very shortsighted decision to drop the show in the first place. With the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes ongoing and only the in progress season of Lower Decks and the final season of Discovery left before their reserves run dry, having another season of something in reserve would have been nice until they could get restarted with post-strike production again. Guess we'll see what happens.
