I've been with this community for more than my entire adult life. While I've had my own criticisms over my time here, I've always found this community amenable to hearing them, and acting on them when possible.
Stooping so low to call the volunteers (at all levels) of this community those names, and not to mention Kerry, means that your values do not align with this community.
I agree with Chris W on this when it comes to rethinking your time spent here, if these anti-Semetic words are how you feel about this community.
I'm so sorry that people have decided to hide under the guise of anonymity to hurt and harm people in this community. Absolutely unfair, horrific, and many many other words.

I'm normally a 'benefit of the doubt' kinda person. Anyone can be having a bad day and vent spleen in the feedback in less than eloquent terms because they're upset and don't know how to express it constructively. Have there been things happen in the community that I don't agree with? Absolutely! Did I comment on them? No, because it has zero effect on my enjoyment of the day and I realise that things aren't done in the UFPlanets without it being for the QOL of the community.
That being said, clearly the reprehensible individual that made the Nazi Racists comment has crossed a line. If they were trolling, the adult thing to do is 'fess up and apologise, even privately to Three or Kerry. If it's what they truly believe, not only are they of below average intelligence as even a cursory reading of history can't even begin to compare Nazis and FAB, the term Nazi Racists is also grammatically redundant.
Clearly the person responsible feels emboldened by anonymity and has a beef with FAB which begs the question of why the hell they stay in this community?
Thank you Three for the well written and tempered response.

Gonna echo Zach here, this is my 13th year here, and at one point or another something will always happen that you disagree with and will want to critique but as long as it's fair the community will hear it and act if/when possible or at least explain why something is the way it is.
Calling anybody something like that, is unacceptable anywhere, including in this community regardless of their level, be they normal members or volunteers who do what they do in their free time because they care about this place and the people in it.
The shroud of anonymity the feedback provides is there for a few reasons. To provide feedback without fear of judgement. To give people who might not be comfortable speaking up a way to voice their concerns to name but two of them, which is a good thing for everybody as everybody can be included and have their say with honest criticism.
Not to use it to spew hateful comments like that, which are awful, horrific, damaging and quite frankly cowardly.
If said as a joke, there are some things that you just shouldn't joke about and if that's truely how you feel, then like Chris said perhaps you should rethink your time spent here.

In any group, especially one of this size, there will be helpers and their will be hinderers. It is inevitable. I do not need to tell you which category this person belongs to. While I applaud your efforts to be totally transparent, there are times actions need to be taken that may appear to contradict that value. This is one of them. Attacks on character should never see the light of day, and therefore, deleted without any second thought. Doing so allows us to focus on the helpers without giving the hinderers an avenue to promote their negative agenda. To be clear, I am not referring to those who offer constructive criticism. They are helpers as well. Only those who choose to attack and tear down rather than put their efforts into building and promoting.
That is all. Carry on.

Well said Stormy, being here over a decade… I’ve watched the entire FEO and FAB change over more than once.
I’m here to be apart of a community that loves to discuss and talk about what we all have in common… Star Trek.
I joined what 14 years ago? I’ve been with this community longer than most of my kids… and all of them know about this community.
If people don’t like what we have then that’s ok. They don’t have to be apart of it. I’m pretty sure Three has never told anyone they can’t leave (even coming from a Liberated Borg, that says a lot)
I may not be as active as I used to be.
I started as a gamer for Armada 1, and this community has expanded and grown so much further out.
I’m positive we have met the needs of the many here at UFPlanets, that’s why we still exist.
I’ve been impressed with how FEO handles situations as they arise and couldn’t be happier with who runs it, who helps keep it going and who helps keep the Memories of what we used to have here.
I’m still a Raven (for those who remember)
I’m still a big watcher of Tactical. I love that this community respects that history, and the culture we have here as we coexist.
UFPlanets represent more then just Star Trek imho, it’s a community that started with a common interest, and continues to start there and grow into multiple branches of other interests that expand and bring us back to the one thing we all love.
Something a man (Mr. Gene) once started and believed it meant something more then what others could not see… I believe we carry that same thought here.
I love that we have feedback every roll call and get the community input and then for everyone here to see it as it can be used to inspire more thought and creativity to continue and grow.
I’m sorry for my long rant. Thanks you for those who took time to read it.
TL; DR - Doing a great job, stay the course!

Wow, I've been out of the loop. I just now saw this and I find it cowardice to make accusations "anonymously". Then again, the people who throw out such accusations tend to be projecting in my experience. This has always been a great community.
