It'll be great to meet more people! I'm meeting Rastilion down there for it but I'm only in London for the weekend. Going to MCM one day and EGX the other, don't know which way round yet.

Aren't they in the same building? So you could go round them in one day, if you have the legs for it.

I'm there with family at the weekend, so I can find time to meet up with both of you at some point.

Well I'm at ComicCon every October if that helps for the future.

I keep thinking about having a UFP stall, but I'd have no idea what to put on it, and I don't think our kind doners would appriciate their money being spent that way!

I'm just curious, but which ComicCon is in October? Is there a "the" ComicCon somewhere, or is this "the one" I see in Fayetteville this "Fall" like dozens I see all over every year? I'm all for a meet-up, and if it's anywhere near me, I'm also willing to help with a little bit of notice. But where would UFP members, if tagged, be centrally located on a planetary map? ;-) If it's not too far, we could teleport or take a shuttle if it's further. But I think off-planet would be a bit much for most of us. I mean, this one is less than a couple hours from me. Ironically, it also says how little I know about ComicCons other than I've seen a few everywhere, but that's only the ones near me. :-)

When I was getting ready to post this, I noticed it said LONDON. I would love to take a Shuttle, but my wife says we're going to visit her mother, who is nowhere near London, or I'd skip out. Does anyone know if there's a telepad in Pittsburgh to London? (sigh). I would love to visit London!

P.S. I'm not sure why I couldn't read the previous posts when I first found the post I responded to.... but now that I've posted I can see them all and apologize if it seems I was as well uninformed as I was... but... then again... there's this aside for your amusement. :-/

Hi ZenMasterChip, the Comic Con being mentioned will be MCM Comic Con London October (https://www.mcmcomiccon.com/london/en-us/home.html). Which is one the three big events run by MCM every year. In the UK the three MCM Comic Con's are pretty much always the biggest.

I did look at going to this one but unfortunately life got in the way, Maybe the London one in Spring or Birmingham in December will suit me better (though this Dec isn't looking likely). Hope everyone going can have a good time though, and if you see any cool Star Trek stuff make sure to send it through. I might as well live vicariously if I can't be there.
