    Hello Not-a-Trekkie-Trekker,

I appreciate your enthusiasm and the thoughtful ideas you've shared. With my experience in this community and previous involvement in CL4 and CL5 roles, I can assure you that our current CL6, CL5 and CL4 members have valuable insights and a strong commitment to our community. They are well aware of what's possible and what is not. I would listen to their feedback and understand their point of view.

While podcasts are not traditional radio, it does relate, and they have gained popularity. They also offer far more flexibility in scheduling, frequency and scaling which is a better fit for the community. Maybe some of your ideas could be a great opportunity for broader engagement. You may want to see if the FNS Division heads may be open to some of your suggestions.

Also, if you are interested in contributing your time, ideas and effort to the community, consider taking the Officer Qualification Exam and or the Command Exam which would prepare you for volunteer roles in the community. Your contributions could make a difference!

I also wanted to note that if you prefer to share feedback privately, you can use the community feedback form here.

    Regardless, thanks for sharing!
