I am a big fan of DS9 (it used to be the one i didn't like out of the tng era ST voyager used to be my fav but over the years i kinda lost my love of it mainly the resets of the ship after each episode, like there was no long term repercussions of anything that happened in the previous episode.well that and the lack of romulans) My fav st books are the destiny trilogy and millennium trilogy.
