Event – Fall of the Old Ones:
Join us for this year’s Halloween Event starting on October 13th, 2022 and continuing until November 3rd, 2022.
• This Featured Event will be a standalone event, separate from the Event Campaign. This new event will provide participating Captains with an Epic reward:

○ Sylvia's Feline Charm and the Transmorphic Containment Universal Console!

• Captains can earn one daily progress per account per day by playing any of the following:

○ New Patrol: Skeleton Crew
○ New Patrol: Witches Brew
○ TFO: Cat’s Tale

Rewards:
• Accruing a total of 14 points of Daily Progress will allow you to claim the Grand Prize.

Bonus Rewards:
• After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day, beginning at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion.

Zen Buyout Option:
• For players interested in instantly completing the Only Equal and Opposite event, we will be offering an updated method for buying out.

○ Within the new Event UI, an option will be presented that allows you to purchase the remaining progress that you need, for a scaling amount of Zen.

Just as an FYI: You can solo the TFO. It's not that hard, but you'll probably die a time or two.

I guess I should give the Patrols a look. . .

I tried both last night, the skeleton one is kinda ugh because you need to keep the skeletons in the candlelight to do damage to them

I can't decide if I'm going to keep doing the TFO or the patrols on this one. The patrols are much faster, but you need to run 2 patrols to get full credit for the day. On the other hand, I got stuck in a random TFO with people that unfortunately DPS'ed hard with Threat Control turned on yet didn't know you need to drag the skeletons to the candles, so countering the stupidity made for a long run today. With a competent group I'd suspect the time difference ends up being minimal, but that random queue function can be trying on one's faith in humanity sometimes....

Stand beside one enlightened candle, activate ball lightning and / or Ba'ul Obelisk and kindly ask the skeletons to report to your location by using the Gravity Containment Unit.

Dilithium Sore --> Temporal Operative Modules --> Paradox Bomb IV MX XII (6290 Dil.) should solve this problem by keeping the skeletons in the "light".

You can run witches brew patrol twice.

I've just started doing a double patrol run instead, only takes about 10 minutes total and there's no standing around waiting for people either.

As much as I like the idea of the TFO, the patrols are so much less of a headache. About 10 minutes to finish 2 runs for daily, or roll the dice that you will get a competent team. Not much of a choice.
