With the Europa mission just hours from launch, the crew are almost out of time to restore the history they knew.

Farewell is episode 10 of 10. This is the season finale and the Picard episode threads will return next year for the third and final season which will see the Next Generation crew reunite for one final adventure.

I have to say, they did a really nice job pulling the loose plot threads together, and the cameo was a nice surprise pulling 2 other loose concepts in Trek lore together.

I like how it ended with Q, I'm not surprised how Rios stayed behind, and I was a bit shocked to see Seven engage the kiss first since I really thought she was waiting for her to do it first.
I really, really dont like how wesley came in... just saying

Can we expect, from now on, to see the gentleman formerly known as "Wesley Crusher" and his new BFF in every and / or any Star Trek show for the rest of the actors lives or their own spin off?

I was watching it at my PC and Parental Unit must have been watching it at the same time in the lounge, because I let out a loud "Ooooooooooooooooooooh!" and was immediately met with a "SHUT UP WESLEY!" lol

It was a good episode but seriously the story was stretched over too many episodes half of the number would have been enough.

I also hate the fact that the Borg are now gone as a serious threat forever.

I love it that the Borg are gone. Why?

Well, the "quick, we need to come up with magic space science solutions for an existential threat" solutions became ridiculous. I can buy the Borg only sending a single cube once. Maybe twice, but after First Contact something needed to be done, because no way are the Borg dumb enough not to sent a hundred cubes next time they attack the Federation.

And both times the Borg Cube was destroyed by exploits and not because of Starfleet's military power.

Still, my Suspension of Disbelief was wavering a lot by the end of Voyager when it came to the Borg.

I thought it was an excellent ending and very well done after seeing how Dr J ended up it was obvious that she was at the start of it as the borg queen wondered what they would do with it my only grip was the look of her as Borg Queen I did not like.

Juratti and her Borg are not necessarily the same Borg though; they have evolved completely differently from the usual guys.
They could have been in a totally different area of space as they were based around uniting people who wanted to be part of something through choice; I don’t think they’d go to the DQ and start trying to conflict with the OG Borg over there.

I think the original Borg are still out there recovering from the effects of Voyager.
