Real talk though, that sucks, it makes no sense from a canon standpoint. We saw Picard terminate the Drone formerly known as Ensign Lynch on the Holodeck with the same gun. Unless I'm missing something there's no way for a drone to adapt... ”

“ I have to admit I noticed this during the new feature episode. Once I binned off the Tommy gun and used my Disco Assault rifle, I was melting the Borg faster. During remodulation I just used abilities and never had any issues.

Perhaps they've now realised no one else is buying the expensive... ”
