“ Hydra, hands down. It is an absolute beast of a ship. That's why you see a lot of them, it's a great DPS platform. It is also "fleet grade" right out of the box, so you don't need to go get a fleet ship module.

Since you also mentioned cannons, the Hydra's console also gives +20% to cannon... ”
