As far as tanking, the enhanced neutronium consoles at the dil holdings have resist all +18 at rank 10 and choice of flight turn speed hull hp or hull repair. cheap, easy to rank up with phoenix tech upgrades. I think the hull heal and resist all would work best if you... ”

    As far as tank build, engineering slots that give damage resist for hull is a must. There are some good ones out there now. As far as universal builds,m disco warp core and shield are a nice dual set with getting both weapon and shield power up.... ”
