    Would it be possible to subscribe to an RSS Feed for a single forum thread or forum section?
    E.g. http://ufplanets.com/external.php?ty...2&forumids=437 shows a blank feed while the main feed is filled up nicely http://ufplanets.com/external.php?type=RSS2

    It's not possible to view the RSS feed of any non-public forum - only forums which guests can view will generate RSS feeds. As for threads, it's also not possible to subscribe to an RSS feed for any threads. You can, however, subscribe to threads via "Thread Tools" - you will be notified of new posts via your UserCP and e-mail, depending on your subscription settings.
