Hey there,

Most of the equipment can be purchased from either the Lobi Crystal store on Drozana station.

The disruptor beams are Fleet weapons and require 20,000 fleet credits plus 9,600 dilithium

The Shield, engine and deflector are Omega Reputation requisition gear, I see you have Tier 5 Omega Reputation so you can get the:

• Assimilated Module
• MACO XII Shield
• MACO XII Engine
• MACO XII Deflector

Lobi Crystal Store:

• Tachokinetic Converter
• Subspace Integration Circuit

Dyson Reputation (Tier 1 required):

• Proton Particle Stabilizer

Romulan Reputation:

• Zero Point Energy Conduit

This is the build, I use on my Fleet Excelsior and I had hit about 6.8K DPS in PVE, You will to respec your skill tree as well as I have modified that for you as well so you can maximize your surivivability and overall Damage dealt.

Just a note, the console I think you mean is the Bioneural Infusion circuitry from the Lobi store, not the Subspace one, that is the one that drops from the Elachi boxes, and while cool, it is an active ability ona 3min cooldown.

Yes the cool down is pretty high, but it is really handy on the borg in STFs especially The Cure Elite.

Hate to point out the obvious, but something almost every single build should always strive to have is at least one version of Hazard Emitters to ensure you can get rid of any annoying plasma burns, and especially on a build that only has one other hull heal.

Also I'd have to agree with the Subspace Integration Circuit, considering it's cooldown I believe you'd gain more from slotting another console in it's space, perhaps one of fleet neutroniums from the dilithium mine.
