    Thank you everyone. Right now I am redoing my character. What is the best for Klingon a tactical officer or an Engineering? I am inclining for Tactical.

    While KDF Tac can be a great toon, I would go Rommy-KDF TAC they get all those juicy crit bonus's be a shame to not use a TAC, IMO.
