    For all those Steam users out there:
    I'm trying to purchase some zen with the $20 steam card I just received, but when I try to make the purchase in STO, it doesn't go through. I don't lose any money, but dont gain any zen.
    Do any of you have experience with this? If so what did you do?
    Im sorry for posting something kinda STO related, but Arc support and steam support are not really helping me out right now.

    When you try to purchase Zen it should give tou the option of how much you want to purchase, once you've picked the amount it should take you to your Steam Wallet. If you have already got enough money on your wallet it should just ask you to confirm your payment, if you haven't then it should give you two options, one will be for the exact value needed for that amount of Zen the second will be a rounded figure above that, after picking how much money you want to add to your wallet it should then take you to the payment screen where you should be able to select your method of payment. Once that goes through the money should be added to your wallet, it will then take you back to the Zen transaction.

    At which point during the process is it not working correctly for you?

    I've had this problem before, it is due to the steam servers not registering your purchase. Steam servers are not the best. Best bet would be to open a ticket with steam itself or switch to buying your zen through perfect world itself HERE

    I would recommend using the link I provided as you get extra ZEN from buying through them and there are smaller amounts you can purchase.
