Hello {UFP} community!
I happened upon the {UFP} when looking for a good Klingon fleet to join on STO. I was surprised at just how large this clan was. Hopefully I'll learn some things!
I first joined STO back in 2010 during the pay to play era. I used 1 month to get 1 character to level 50. Back then, you had to really grind at it! I then came back to STO in 2012 when I found out it was free to play. That was also when the STFs became a thing. Managed to get the full Assimilated Set for space! Course, it was a little bit easier back then, I think. After that, I stopped playing for 2 years. Imagine my surprise when I came back early this summer. The Abilities in your tray have color! ooooo!
I created some more characters just to see how much things had changed, and boy I was surprised! Voice actors! Remastered Episodes! Romulans! Hula Girls!
This past summer has seen me raise three characters to 50, and tier V one character in the Omega, Undine, and Sphere reputation systems! I'm slowly learning about the different play styles and builds, such as the A2B.
So, with that out of the way, I can't wait to get in there and blow up some ships! Mine probably included...

STO has certainly come a long way since those dark days of grinding (and crafting). Nevertheless, I recently made a new Fed character just to experience the new revamped tutorial. I was quite impressed and happy with it. Really gets you immersed.
