Federation shipwrecks are quite common in the alpha and beta quadrants, though the most re-usable technology comes from Borg wrecks, they seem to be just about everywhere these days. Using my extraordinary intellect i've been able to piece together rare and beautiful starships from the debris and they are alot more fun with colour added to their dull gray hulls
Behold!
Klingon and Romulan Starships are easy to frankenstein too! provided you can find the right parts...
But, i don't just hold an Advanced Degree in starship design and engineering but also in Advanced Bioengineering, i give you the Genetically superior Novalance and company!

Also, I didn't know that the large <insert body area> gene ran so rampant among various species. Starfleet Medical should really study this...
