Was just looking on the STO ARC sight when I noticed they made a typo and put "Sevon of Nine" instead of "Seven of Nine"

I can't say I'm two surprised, but typos do happen all the time, though this one is certainly one of the more obvious ones that someone probably should have spotted... x_x

I'd hate Smirk's job. Having a very visible job where people blame and criticize what you say and do across several websites would probably wear on you after a while. PWE's staff is only human..

Community Managers often feel the force of the community, it's the nature of the role. If something goes well, generally speaking they don't have a big say in decisions. I've seen some companies who stopped their Community Managers from speaking to users in game and cutting down community events, this obviously caused a large divide.

Cryptic do have the right approach with community management in many ways, but they do need proof readers! But it happens anywhere and everywhere...

as someone doing CM job irl. i can confirm the situation here. Its not as easy job as it looks like. But can be fun to interract with your playerbase like that nontheless.
