These Tier 6 Battlecruiserswill be made available in the C-Store soon. These starships have three variants per faction and are available in three ways:


Individually (2500 ZEN each for this weekend only!)
Bundle of all three non-fleet ships (5000 ZEN for this weekend only!)



Please Note: Captains who purchase single ships will be unable to purchase bundles containing that ship.

T6 Battlecruisers Ship Stats


We’re excited to reveal the stats, items and abilities for three new starships: the Arbiter Class Battlecruiser, the Kurak Battlecruiser and the Morrigu Heavy Warbird. Each of these ships are an enhanced version of an existing Tier 5 battlecruiser or warbird. All three of these ships come equipped with a special console and can unlock a new starship trait at level 5 Starship Mastery. Below are the stats for these new Tier 6 starships and their fleet variants that will be released at the same time as the standard Tier 6 versions.



The Tier 6 Arbiter Class Battlecruiser is based upon the Avenger Class Battlecruiser's design. This upgraded starship was designed from the ground up to be durable enough to combat the Iconian threat while still being able to deliver punishing amounts of damage.

This starship features a Lieutenant Commander Tactical/Intel specialist seat.

Costume


The Arbiter Class Battlecruiser has a brand new costume. In addition, the Arbiter has access to the Avenger Battlecruiser’s costume.

Universal Console – Ablative Hazard Shielding


When activated, Ablative Hazard Shielding grants a temporary secondary shield. Upon expiration, energy absorbed by the shielding is shunted to shields and the structural integrity field, granting a large Hull and Shield Heal.

This console also provides a passive boost to shield hardness and regeneration.

This console may be equipped on any Starfleet Battlecruiser into any of their console slots. You may only equip one of these consoles.

Deadly Maneuvers Set (2 pieces)


Equipping both consoles from the Avenger Class Battlecruiser and the Arbiter Class Battlecruiser [T6] will bestow a set bonus to your starship.

Console – Universal – Ablative Hazard Shielding

Emergency Weapon Cycle (Starship Trait)


After achieving level 5 in the Arbiter Class Battlecruiser [T6], Kurak Battlecruiser [T6] or Morrigu Heavy Warbird [T6] Starship Mastery, you will unlock the Emergency Weapon Cycle starship trait. While this starship trait is slotted, activating Emergency Power to Weapons will provide a reduction in weapon power cost and grant a boost to weapon firing speed for the duration of Emergency Power to Weapons.

I really hoped they would give it a 5th tac console so that FED and KDF would get a Scimitar equivalent someday but no. o me the only 2 reasons for buying a new ship are:
1) its an iconic or
2) it is able to be at least on par dps-wise with the 2013(!) Scimitar

I suspect the 5th Tac console, at this point, doesn't really make that huge a difference, it's more like Tac + Sci consoles. Which they're still sadly lacking. However, they do have Intel hybrid, which is AWESOME.

I'm thinking (with DCEs):

Ens Tac: TT1
LCdr iTac: OSS1 / OSS2 / FAW3
Cdr Eng: ET1 / EPtS2 / EPtW3 / AtSIF3
Lt Sci: HE1 / ST2
LCdr Uni: FAW1 / APB1 / APO1

(APB2 instead of APO1, without a Zemok.)

With double OSS, 4 Tac consoles and Weapon System Efficiency, it ought to do just fine. Plus it's plenty tough.

I'm going to have to see how the Fed looks at the shipyards, I like that it's less squashed and fat than the Avenger, but I'm not a fan of the neckless look. It's still an awesome trait, they likely have my money for at least my Rom. I'm not a fan of the KDF one either, which looks like a missile-pod face at the front. So it's either Rom or 3-pack, depending on if I can fly the Fed as a new primary ship.

The Fed also gets the shaft in the console, by the way. Everybody who has the Valdore already runs the Valdore console, and now this one gives a Weapon Power Drain resist if you pair it up? Nice!

Well, what I'm really missing is a hull heal, and that would mean giving up FAW3 to turn the Uni into another Eng.
