    No matter how long, there were moments within all series that characters made statements which stay with us for a long time, Picard most notably for me made most of the strongest speeches I have heard, however, I will list the top 3 of mine. Then you guys, find the top 3 of yours, don't worry, we may all share some similar ones!

    Here are mine, while not exactly speeches they are a couple of my best/favourite also threw in a B5 speech as I think it is very relevant to today as much as it is to sci-fi.

    Considering Star Trek only, I love Picard's speeches, including:

    - The Drumhead
    - His defence of Data in Measure of a Man
    - The First Duty of every Starfleet officer

    Spock's funeral is also a great emotional scene.

    Not sure if it counts as a speech, but the scene with Tomalak in The Defector is awesome as well.
