There was a stunt preformed near the Cenotaph in the UK during Top Gear filming, what are your thoughts on this? Do you think they shouldn't have done it or do you think it's fine.

Whilst it was certainly outside of their filming remit, the stunt was performed sufficiently far away from the Cenotaph to not be directly offensive. Its not like they did donuts around the memorial itself. The media whipped it up by exaggerating the picture. All they've done is show it from a very specific angle that shows the memorial in the background.
I've been on that road, and where they've done the stunts is quite a fair distance from the Cenotaph itself.
That being said, it is not the best of starts for the rebooted Top Gear, which has been branding, selling and promoting itself as being "Nothing like it was under Clarkson" with the constant PR disasters and insults. It does fill me with concern that whilst they may have replaced the leading line-up, and the Lead Producer, it is effectively the exact same production team as under previous management, and that they're just doing what they've always done.
People will take from this whatever they want, and love them or hate them, it looks like they're going for the strategy of bigger the risk - bigger the potential viewer reward.
I'd be delighted to offer any advice I have on understanding women. When I have some, I'll let you know.

Not offensive in my opinion.
A motoring show doing motoring things on a road isn't offensive to me no matter how close it happens to be to a monument. If they had crashed in to it then that's a different story.
People can take offence to whatever they like (and far too often do) but it seems pretty clear that there was no attempt to cause offence.

I don't think it was offensive in the slightest, as usual the media have blown the story out of proportion with the specific angles of the shots and the video. Since Clarkson is now gone from Top Gear, the media don't have a regular source of sensationalism from Top Gear that Clarkson so often provided.. so they've resorted to attacking the show directly.
Either way I don't believe it was offensive but there's always someone who will take offense.
