New Elite Strike Force Emblem

Elite Strike Force has catered to end game content in Star Trek Online for many years now. Their original emblem served them well and was one of the oldest still being actively used in recent years. However, with the new website just released it was decided that a facelift was required so as to better fit the overall style of the community.

Thanks to a great deal of hard work over most of last night, Jordan has designed a brand new emblem for ESF. Whilst looking very different from the original, it retains many of the same features which made the ESF emblem so recognisable. Personally I think it's a vast improvement, which all ESF members can now proudly display.

A huge thank you to Jordan for creating this out of the blue, we hope you all like it!

Very noice! Shame it's not the red one though.

The logo looks great in either color, but "gold" has historically been the color representing ESF and the color red represents HoK.

Just because something is historical doesn't mean it can't change, historically, the poor weren't educated to read and write, but now, it's a fairly common right. Historically, amputation used to be done with a bonesaw and some alcohol to put your mind off the pain (if you were lucky), thankfully, we don't use such a method anymore!

Change is sometimes welcome! There's no need to live in the historical times!

History had everything to do with the color decision. Since I have been at the UFP, the color representing ESF was gold. SFO color is a light blue. I think both look great for their respective divisions.

Historically, SFO was dark blue, it was changed by LynxMukka during my time as CO because the light blue looked so much better!

Interesting analogies. I did not imagine that the color choice would set off a debate.

History allows us to link the past and the present, preserve all the great and important historical lessons and deeds that have shaped the present and to avoid the missteps of the past. Those that forget the past are condemned to repeat it. My humble opinion
