when i logged onto my main character I saw the mail. Then I logged on to my AOY character to claim it but my inbox was empty. then i logged back on to my main character and it was empty. I didn't accidently delete because there was no other mail to delete. I was wondering if you could have taken it back somehow. I submitted a ticket. they pretty much told me to go fly a kite

Alright since there has been some error somewhere along the line I will craft a new set of items for you and trade them directly. As this appears to be my fault I will front the costs for the replacements.
