I'm noticing that UFP 1st and 2nd fleets have the Starbase Special Projects space left blank. If we're not considering filling them with anything real, would it be an idea to start the fleet mark dump projects in those? I know, it's not as efficient as real projects, and many of us have bank fleets for serious mark dumping, but it might save us a fleet invitation request or two if we didn't have to leave just to get rid of fleet marks. At the moment, I'm 6K fleet credits away from the next goodie, and maybe others find themselves in that position from time to time.

Hey pip,
Don't forget you can donate your resources to other UFP fleets and Armada members through the Armada system without having to change fleets. Most of the Gamma fleets are quite underdeveloped on some of their holdings and there's often plenty of fleet mark opportunities if you check periodically.
We do try and keep those projects running as often as possible. Bear in mind that those projects do fill up very quickly.

We normally slot the fleet mark dump projects on the 1st fleet for everyone within the armada to donate to. (As long as your character is in any armada fleet you can donate to 1st fleet).
This project can sometimes fill up very quickly and it only takes 5 minutes to finish so it can occur that the slot goes empty.
When this happens you can ask in the UFPlanets chat for a staff member to slot the project again, or find someone online on TS who works for the Federation division.
