Selling keys is the number one fund raiser. In the past I have also sold a lot of crafting materials, sometimes they can go for quite abit.
Also get into the habit of selling loot drops on the market, instead of the replicator

Can confirm that selling keys is a great way to get funds. As C store items go they're dirt cheap and sell for 5 mil or more each. Of course, if the T6 connie goes for 700 mil as I've seen suggested, you'd need to sell about 140 of them!
It's probably bad news for me that the promotion starts tomorrow, since that's pay day...

I spotted a single one going for 750 mil. Not seen any others before or since (and believe me, I've been looking!)
So I have about 6000 zen sitting around. Should I spend that on opening R&D packs, or sell the R&D packs on the exchange for 10-15 mil each and hope a connie pops up that I can afford? I've already opened a bunch and found nothing, but there's also nothing (or next to nothing) on the exchange yet.
